We’re celebrating National Cupcake Day by joining hands with Cupcakes of Hope for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! This wonderful organisation financially assists 220 cancer patients every month. Help to make a small contribution by purchasing a cupcake on Saturday, 1 Oct, from 09:00 in the Spur Centre Court. See you there!

We’re taking off on Sunday, 25th of September from N1 City Mall upper deck parking area. The Goodwood Harriers club is affiliated with the Western Province Athletics (WPA) and Athletics SA (ASA).
Meandering through the leafy suburbs of Goodwood and Tygerdal, this is a fast, flat and fun route mapped out by the Harriers very own chairman. We look forward to hosting you all as we celebrate our heritage and enjoy this CHAMPIONSHIP race.
