    Good morning. I trust you are. I have been struggling o get through to N1 city branch. We do all our business there. My airtime runs ot and I am sitting with a sick baby.

    My problem is… I asked that he debit order be increased from R1000 to R1400. .. Instead now there is a deduction of R1000 and R1400 monthly. This is crippling us. So my husband went to Delft mall fnb to gt the money back and they did not assist him. What now.

    Please advise.
