    Palesa Precious Mothatinyana I spoke to @NazeemBradlow and I am disgusted by the way he spoke to me. He give this attitude and speaks down on me like I am not even a customer. He haven’t given me any feedback regarding my complaint and when I aksed him for an update he told me he is not speaking to me he is speaking to my sistet. Even after the fact that I gave him proof of purchase and all the incidents related photos he is still treating me like im no one and my purchase doesn’t mean much of value of which I paid in cash i cant believe this
    I not only upset abour my bed but the their customer services and complaints handling is extremely bad, they have no humanity no compasion and no patience to direct and ease us client so everyone can reach a better solution and move forward happy snd received the best quality profuct and excellent service
    Please please do not buy from Sleepmasters they are time waisters and has no dignity
